As the Call of duty fans are waiting for the release of the upcoming Call of duty : Modern warfare, which is to be out on October 25th, the question of whether the game is going to have a Battle Royale mode or not remains asked.
According to Infinity Ward's multiplayer design director Joe Cecot, the developers of the upcoming Call of duty game aren't fousing on a Battle Royale mode at the moment. « We’re excited for large player counts and things like that, but right now we’re really focused on core multiplayer », said Mr. Cecot to IGN.
« We really focused on Modern Warfare, authentic and gritty, realistic weapons, and it’s a different experience. It's really...just about pulling back to Modern Warfare and keeping that pure », he also detailed.
The Battele Royale mode was first introduced to the Call of duty series in Black OPS 4, which was released last year and introduced the Blackout mode instead of a solo campaign.
